Cooking kettles with combustion chamber for direct or indirect heating

Direct heating: heat is produced by the cooking kettle itself through a combustion chamber inside, can be electric, gas or diesel. In this way the kettle is totally independent.

Indirect heating: through a steam generating machine we introduce steam into it, the kettle does not suffer high temperatures since heat is produced in an independent machine.
