Production for more than 150 kilos, custom manufacturing on request.
Fuels: gas, diesel or electric.
The product is loaded and sent to a dispenser that feeds the product evenly into the fryer. The fryer immerses the product. To optimise the line, an automatic oil level control and an oil cleaning filter can be added.
The product is then sent to a vibrating hopper that drains the excess oil and sends it to the flavouring unit.
Once the snacks have been flavoured, the product passes through a rotating drum to cool the product as much as possible and thus package it continuously.
Clean, simple and very practical.
