Perform all types of cutting, in this way we can make more products.

After cutting, we need a sieve to eliminate the product that is not for sale by size, this is done through a rod vibrator. Once the sieve is done, the product is sent to a hopper with a sulphite water bath.

This means that the product can be kept for a week without having to be frozen, simply kept in a refrigerated chamber. The last part of the process is to pass the product through a belt with fans to remove excess water and be able to be packaged.
